Hi! I am a personal trainer & nutrition coach passionate about helping women feel their best from the inside out and be confident in their own skin!
I have been coaching for over 20 years and walk the talk. I've competed in 6 Ironman Triathlon races, numerous Spartan Races, stair climbing and ultra distance trail running.
I love all things on the water and spend my days with my husband and 2 goldendoodles!
